The back yard- a work in progress

Eventually, we plan on getting patio furniture for the side of the house. I'm hoping to get two chairs and a small table so my husband and I can sit out here in the evenings to watch the sunset.

Bernie is planning on laying these bricks on the concrete steps. Choosing the color will be the hardest part.

This area will be a very large patio and will have some sort of pavers. Of course, he will be building a round stone fire pit where we will be spending most of our evenings having a bon fire while praying the Rosary (the kids will sit still, of course) and finally roasting marshmallows. One can dream, right?
