Homemade butter in a jar

Pour 1 quart of heavy whipping cream in 2 glass jars, cover them tightly and have your children shake them vigorously for 15 minutes. :-)

In about 10 minutes you'll have whipped cream.

Keep shaking until you see the butter and buttermilk on the side of the jar.

You now have 2 cups of butter

and 2 1/2 cups of buttermilk.

God our Father, You inspired your servant Frank Duff with a profound insight into the mystery of Your Church, the Body of Christ, and of the place of Mary the Mother of Jesus in this mystery.
