Rosary giveaway and a gift for the babies

This month, which is dedicated to The Immaculate Heart of Mary, I will be giving away a lovely little blue rosary or rosary bracelet on Monday, August 22nd at 10:00 pm EST, the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Traditional calendar and the Queenship of Mary in the NO calendar. The winner will get to pick the item of choice. I will also be donating $1.00 to Mary's Shelter for every person who leaves a comment below, so please don't be shy and enter this give away. p.s. My husband was given up for adoption a few weeks after his birth, which is why Mary's Shelter is very dear to my heart. I will be forever grateful to his birth mother for choosing life. These mothers and babies need our help.

Rosary give away for the feast of St. Joseph

This month I am having a giveaway in honor of our beloved St. Joseph, whose feast day is March 19th. This rosary is made with a mix of gemstones and wooden beads. The Ave Maria beads are 6 mm Picture Jasper, and the Pater beads are 8 mm wooden beads. The 1/2 in. rosary center, the 1 3/4 in. crucifix and the 3/4 in. St. Joseph medal are solid bronze and are hand-cast from vintage pieces. This small rosary is perfect for a young boy or that special man in your life and can easily be carried around in your pocket.

Rosary give away for the month of the suffering souls

This month, which is dedicated to the suffering souls in purgatory, I'm giving away a beautiful black rosary. I will pick the winner on November 8th, the last day of the octave of the feast of All Saints.

The Aves are 8mm black Onyx beads. The Paters are 10mm fire polished Czech beads. The Miraculous Medal center is 1 inch long and the Thistle Crucifix is 2 1/4 inches long. They are solid bronze and are hand cast from antique pieces.There is also a small St. Joseph bronze medal attached to the Rosary. This rosary is perfect for that special man in your life. 

Please remember to pray for the faithful departed. There is so much we can do for the Church Suffering. 

The Prayer of St. Gertrude the Great

A prayer Catholics should be familiar with is that of St. Gertrude the Great (A.D. 1256-1301/2), who was told by Our Lord in a private revelation, that when the following prayer is prayed earnestly, 1,000 souls will be released from Purgatory. Because of the desire to unite the prayer with the merits of the Mass, it is most powerful:

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood Of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home and within my own family. Amen.

To celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7th, I will be giving away this woman's "House of Gold Rosary." The Ave beads are 8mm Aragonite beads, the Pater beads are 12mm Moukaite oval beads. The rosary center and crucifix are solid bronze hand cast in the USA from vintage antique pieces.
