2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup buttermilk milk kefir
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the soft butter and mix lightly with a fork or spatula.
Add kefir, stirring well until mixture forms a soft dough. Knead gently on a lightly-floured surface. Roll the dough about 3/4-inch thick and cut into 12-14 circles.
Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
