Just Another Day In Paradise: Picture Books

Here are the links to our picture books. I have been collecting them for the last 15 years. Every day the kids will pick a book to unwrap for our evening read aloud. I ran out of gift wrap, so I left the feast day unwrapped so they would be easy to find. Unfortunately, some of them are no longer in print, so you can only purchase them used.

These are the books that sit on our coffee table, which I bought from Good Will a few years ago. I read somewhere to place books throughout the house to get the kids interested in reading more, but since we spend most of our time in the family room, I put these books on the table for our summer reading. It's funny what the kids end up choosing. Last night our 15 year old son picked up The Complete Tales of Winnie-the-Pooh (the large blue one on the bottom left) and read some of it for quite a while. The little girls have been enoying the Shakespeare books ever since I got them last week.
