We had new brood hatch a few days ago. You should see the activity around the beehive.
This is a Spilomosa virginica. They are all over the clover.
The peach tree in our back yard is doing very well compared to the one in the front yard. We might be able to harvest enough peaches for eachof the kids.

This beautiful Dahlia is right in between our cold crop garden and the raspberry bushes.
Although I don't like cucumbers, I'm really excited to see so many cucumbers growing.

The corn is getting so tall. I wish we had more room to grow more around the yard.
We threw extra some canteloupe seeds and tomato seedlings in the compost bin because we ran out of raised beds. They seem to be doing very here. :)
Yum! I just love blackberry season. Our 10 year old made a delicious blackberry cobbler this week.
We threw a whole packet of zuchini seeds in this raised bed, but so far we only have one zuchini growing.
Here is one of our hens picking off bugs from our cabbage.
The honeybees are enjoying the peaches from our front yard. the Japanese Beetles ate all the peaches from this tree. We are still planning on moving the tree to the back yard and maybe putting a beetle trap underneath it next Spring.
We have these Black and yellow garden spiders all over the tomatoes. I really hope they will keep all those nasty bugs away.
